WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

The best way to contact us is thru EMAIL (sales@furnituremanila.com) or TEXT MESSAGING. We prefer these two methods so we can have a record of the conversation that transpired and avoid miscommunications and/or order conflicts.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

No, we do not have a showroom to showcase all of our items posted here. Most probably, you will be able to see similar items in malls. However, we sell the same furniture at a lower price. Please see our lowest price guarantee.

CAN I DROP BY YOUR OFFICE THEN?

Yes you may as long as you schedule an appointment with us. But if you are dropping by to see some items, then NO; as it is only an office and NOT a showroom. Please have the quotation sent to you ready or take note of the reference number via email so we can better accommodate you.

HOW ABOUT I DROP BY YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we do not allow customers to view items from our warehouse. Since most items are boxed up, you still can’t view the items properly. Therefore rendering it useless to drop by our warehouse.

SOME ITEMS DON’T HAVE PRICES, CAN YOU QUOTE ME THE PRICE?

You can send the item number/model name to sales@furnituremanila.com for a formal quotation. Please include your complete contact details and delivery address for a complete quotation.

IS THAT THE LAST PRICE FOR THE ITEM YOU QUOTED?

Yes, prices listed on the site and quoted through emails are fixed. We do give discounts for bulk items, please send your requests through sales@furnituremanila.com only.

CAN I PAY THE DOWN PAYMENT IN YOUR OFFICE IN PERSON?

Yes. We accept payments if you are paying through credit card. Payments should only be made after you have received an email quotation from us. Please make sure to ask for a receipt when paying in our office.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

It depends on the item’s and truck’s availability, some items can be delivered the next business day, some items take 6 business days to be delivered. Sofa sets are made to order, except for the imported sofas which are readily available. Sofa sets have at least 5-10 business days lead time for production.

CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDERS AROUND THE TIME I WANT?

Unfortunately we can only guarantee that the delivery of your orders will arrive within a scheduled date. We request all customers to have someone wait and receive for the items the whole day of our agreed delivery schedule. In case, no one will receive the items please let us know at least a day before the scheduled delivery to avoid incurring charges. You can request our delivery team to inform you (through sms or phone call) if they are already on their way to lessen the wait time.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER?

After we send you confirmation of availability of items, a 20% down payment through the banks posted here is required to confirm the order so we can reserve and process the items. You can then fill up our Bank Deposit Form to confirm payment.

CAN I ORDER AND PAY C.O.D.?

We do not accept COD. You can opt to pick-up item if you choose. Please see pick-up guidelines.

THE ITEM I ORDERED IS DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES POSTED?

Furniture Manila makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on many factors (i.e. lighting when photo was taken or your monitor color settings). Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your orders, we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you.

Please note: We will not be responsible for color variations or measurements that are slightly off as we only acquire these from our suppliers. All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees. Be sure to make your case while our delivery team is still within your premises, once they leave and you have accepted the item/s; they are considered sold. We charge a handling fee for returned items, 10% of the item price or P500, whichever is greater; plus the delivery charge.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

All products come with a standard warranty against manufacturers defect. We allow returns for items damaged within 3-days from date of delivery. Replacement of damaged items will be offered until supplies last, otherwise you can choose another item.*

*No monetary refund shall be given if the chosen item is of lesser value. If item is of higher value, you shall pay the price difference.

WILL THE FURNITURE REQUIRE ASSEMBLY?

No, we deliver the furniture already assembled, unless instructed otherwise. We assemble the beds on site.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDERS?

Furniture Manila has built its reputation by delivering to its customers. We have feedback on both eBay.ph and sulit.com.ph websites. Since our business started, we have never failed to deliver especially to confirmed orders.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO COMPLY TO YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

We do understand that shopping experience from Furniture Manila is different from what you are used to, however we require every user to comply to our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction. We are trying to change the way people shop in the Philippines, we are offering new ways of buying your furniture. Not only are these ways convenient for you, you also save time and money when purchasing from us. We only require you to accept our terms and conditions.
