Orders are processed Mondays thru Fridays. For orders received during weekends and holidays, it will be processed the next business day.  We will email the customer the summary of the order details provided that he/she gave us their current email address.

The sales order contains the total amount for the items, the delivery charge, the minimum downpayment amount etc. Customer then can pay thru the payment method he/she prefers. Here is the list of payment methods we accept: METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Payment for pending orders should be made within 3-days upon receipt of copy of sales order sent thru email. Otherwise, reservation for the items quoted will be cancelled.  Items will be delivered 2-6 business days upon confirmation of downpayment.

For deliveries requested to be delivered the next business day, we have to receive the order before 4pm for processing, provided the items are in stock. Otherwise, we will schedule it the next 2-6 days. 

Delivery lead time varies per item. Some items we can deliver the next business day, others take up to 6-10 business days. Made to order sofas take 2-3 weeks. Please contact us and take note of the stock code so we can determine the delivery lead time of the item you are interested in.
